The last term programme for certification courses of ARUCAD’s Arkin Center for Art & Design for lifelong learning is now complete. The created works will be displayed in an exhibition on the 24th of July, 2019 at 19.00 in Cyprus’s first arts, design and communication focused University ARUCAD at its Kyrenia Campus.
The trainees who have now completed their courses in the fields of drawing, glass, ceramics, pottery, graphics design and Greek will the awarded their certificate of participation the same night.
Arkin Center for Art & Design’s Director Assist. Prof. İbrahim Dalkılıç stated that “Our center is there to meet the needs of the public’s call for cultural knowledge and provide an answer to an individual’s demand for experience regardless of age or their background. Our courses, ranging from drawing to painting, ceramics to glass-works along with portfolio preparation and theoretical and practical information on film production will continue. These are amongst the areas which we believe will enrich our lives. I congratulate all the trainees who have shown devotion and resilience and wish them the best”.
The exhibition will continue until 30th July 2019 at ARUCAD’s Kyrenia Campus. Arkin Center for Art & Design’s 2019-2020 courses will commence in September.
