The Department of Interior Design at Arkın University of Creative Arts and Design (ARUCAD), has started a 2-year associate degree programme. Candidates can apply to study in the Department of Interior Design for the 2023-2024 Academic Year.
Candidates who want to study in the Department of Interior Design, an associate degree programme opened in cooperation with the Furniture Manufacturers Association (MSD) in order to increase employment in the furniture sector in Northern Cyprus, will be able to begin studies in the 2023-2024 Academic Year. According to the protocol signed between ARUCAD and MSD in October 2022, it is aimed to provide education scholarships within the scope of the criteria and quotas determined specifically for the students studying in the Interior Design Department, and to provide job guarantees at the workplaces affiliated with MSD to the graduates of the department. Department students will also be able to undertake internships in the curriculum at institutions that are members of MSD.
It is aimed to train the students in the Department of Interior Design, which integrates art and technology with technical drawings, as individuals who can respond to the needs of the consumer through original designs, an understanding of the materials and a clear grasp of the basic principles of design.
ARUCAD Interior Design Department has begun enrolling students for education in the 2023-2024 Academic Year.
