The Departments of Acting, Modern Dance and Sound Arts have opened within the Faculty of Music and Performing Arts, while the Departments of Urban Design and Landscape Architecture have opened within the Faculty of Design. The University has started accepting students for four new undergraduate departments that will start in the 2022-2023 Academic Year.
ARUCAD, as the only art-design-communication-oriented university in the region, continues to make cultural investments in all areas of art and design with the Faculty of Acting, Modern Dance and Sound Arts Design within the Faculty of Music and Performing Arts, and with Urban Design and Landscape Architecture within the faculty of Design.
Four new undergraduate programmes have opened at ARUCAD;

Describing the newly opened departments, ARUCAD Rector Prof. Dr. Asım Vehbi said, “ARUCAD continues to develop by adding disciplines such as music, performance and sound, as well as basic art and design fields such as painting, sculpture, photography, cinema, visual and architectural design. We set out with the aim of becoming a leading educational institution in the region in the fields of art, design and communication, and we continue in this way with firm steps by maintaining our boutique university concept without deviating from our goal. In this sense, the Faculty of Music and Performing Arts is of great importance for us. In addition, with the Department of Urban Design and Landscape Architecture in the Faculty of Design, we have brought another department, which is one of the professions of the future, to our country. I hope that we will bring many talented and creative students in these fields to our university, and we will train individuals who will represent our country in the international arena.”
ARUCAD, which will maintain the existing quality and standards in its newly opened departments with its respected artist academicians with international experience, will enter the 2022-2023 Academic Year with new undergraduate programmes.
