Speaking during his visit to the exhibitions, ARUCAD Rector, Prof. Dr. Asım Vehbi said: “Today, as the ARUCAD family, we are once again extremely proud of our students. Our first graduates from the Plastic Arts and Photography Departments, who started 4 years ago, brought together the works they produced as part of the “Graduation Project” courses they took in the last semester of their 4th grade. Our seven students, who produce works based on the relationship between humans and the environment, opened their personal exhibitions in different venues in Nicosia and Kyrenia. In these exhibitions, where the works they prepared during the last academic year, were exhibited, they also gained the experience of setting up an exhibition as an artist. And we have experienced the joy at seeing the place that the education they received for 4 years has brought them. I would like to thank all our academics, artists and students who contributed to the graduation projects. We have graduates who have been accepted for master’s degrees at Paris College of Art and Milan. I congratulate them all. They fill us with pride.”
