The New Year’s Gala, prepared by the Faculty of Music and Performing Arts of Arkın University of Creative Arts and Design (ARUCAD) together with its students, was held on Thursday, December 25, 2025, at Bandabuliya Stage. Organized to celebrate the new year, the event also marked the faculty’s first public event at Bandabuliya Stage.
The gala program, which began at 8:00 PM on Thursday evening, featured selected dance, music, and acting performances from courses conducted throughout the semester. Bringing together student productions from different disciplines, the program presented a curated selection of end-of-term works performed on stage.
As part of the gala, a total of six performances were presented across the fields of music, dance, and acting. The dance performances were staged under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Handan Ergiydiren, Sen. Ins. Bekir Şimşek, and Sen. Ins. Doğa Uluçlar, featuring İdil İlgi Kabakcı, Cemre Yavuz, Diana Bikbulat, Nehir Nur Çelik, Simay Ekin Karabıyık, Lea Sevilla, and Sen. Ins. Doğa Uluçlar.
The music performance was composed and performed by Yaseen Salah Mohamed Haghigh and Oğuzhan Başkurtunder the supervision of Sen. Ins. Ataman Kınış. The acting performance, supervised by Sen. Ins. Şafak Ersözlü, featured Abdullah Karaduman, Arda Kaba, Muhammed Fettah Tatlı, Lamira Günbatı, and Mert İsmail Aksoy.
With artistic coordination undertaken by Sen. Ins. Yıldız Güventürk, Sen. Ins. Şafak Ersözlü, and Sen. Ins. Ataman Kınış, the New Year’s Gala provided ARUCAD Faculty of Music and Performing Arts students with the opportunity to present their semester-long work on stage.
