Labs

The Mac Labs at ARUCAD have 54 Mac computers equipped with the latest software to meet all the needs of digital design applications. The Mac Labs will enable our students to work professionally with the programmes they need.

Being able to use Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D Max programmes practically will allow you to go beyond what you can do in your career in the age of technology.

The PC Labs at ARUCAD provide students with powerful and up-to-date Windows computers as well as all necessary software for computer graphics, editing, design and 3D programmes.

Students are free to use the PC Labs to conduct their research or do their homework.

Enabling the research and development of ceramic materials and experimental work, the fully equipped Ceramics Lab operates in connection with the Ceramics Workshop, giving students the chance to bring out their creative ideas. In the lab, students experience the scientific and experimental dimension of ceramic production hands-on through clay and glaze research.

Located at the Bandabuliya Campus, the Sound Production Lab is equipped for sound editing, mixing and production work. Used in particular by Sound Arts Design students for their sound editing courses, the lab offers hands-on experience of the technical processes of digital audio production.
