The Bring Your Mat Pilates Event, organized to support physical and mental well-being and to offer a pause from the intensity of daily life, brought participants together in a shared movement experience. Due to weather conditions, the event was held at the Performance Studio, providing an inclusive and accessible environment for all participants.
Led by Pilates instructor Peren Varanoğulları, the session focused on breath, movement, and body awareness. The gathering invited participants to reconnect with their bodies, move together, and find balance, creating a calm and supportive space beyond everyday routines.
