Breath Balance offers a body-centered experience focused on yoga and breath awareness. Through conscious breathing and gentle movement, participants are invited to explore balance, presence, and embodied attention.
The session will be guided by Naile Soyel. Grounded in the Jivamukti Yoga approach, the practice aims to support calmness, focus, and a deeper connection between breath and body.
