Arkin University of Creative Arts and Design (ARUCAD) participated in the “2025 Accreditation Training Program” organized within the framework of cooperation between the Higher Education Planning, Evaluation, Accreditation and Coordination Council (YÖDAK) and the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK).
The meeting, which focused on quality assurance, accreditation processes, and institutional evaluation mechanisms in higher education, addressed key topics aimed at enhancing quality standards. The program covered subjects such as quality assurance systems, internal quality management in universities (YÖKAK model), preparation of internal evaluation reports and evidence management, the relationship between rubrics and ESG, the role of students in higher education quality processes, and YÖKAK’s international institutional accreditation program.
ARUCAD was represented at the meeting by Vice Rector for Research and Development Prof. Dr. Burcu Toker, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Prof. Dr. Nezahat Doğan, Vice Rector for International and Social Affairs Dr. İbrahim Dalkılıç, and ARUCAD academics.
The program was considered an important step in promoting a culture of quality in higher education, strengthening internal quality mechanisms within institutions, and enhancing alignment with international accreditation processes.
