ARUCAD Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Office Conference: “Human Trafficking”

Turkish Cypriot politician, lawyer, and human rights activist Mine Atlı will discuss her experiences and awareness work on human and women trafficking with ARUCAD students.

Atlı, former Chairperson of the Communal Democracy Party (TDP) and a member of the Gender Advisory Team (GAT), contributed to the 2012 policy brief on implementing the UN Security Council Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace, and Security.

The conference aims to enhance students’ understanding, awareness, and skills in preventing human trafficking.
