Performance artist Tijen Lawton joins the Department of Acting for a session exploring mindful endurance, conscious risk-taking, and the body’s intelligence as an open system. With over 32 years of international practice, Lawton will present her methodology, focusing on multidimensional movement, embodied awareness, and the dynamic relationship between attention and action.
