This seminar will examine the concept of gender equality within the contexts of law, human rights, democracy, and local governance. The event will be conducted in an interactive format, encouraging questions and contributions from participants.   Lawyer, human rights activist, and politician Mine Atlı will share her experiences from both local and international work in the fields of gender equality, peace, and the prevention of domestic violence. The seminar will also address gender equality policies in local governments and the processes involved in establishing institutional frameworks in this area.
