“Interdisciplinary Production Practices in Performing Arts” Webinar Held at ARUCAD

The Department of Acting at ARUCAD held a webinar featuring actor, director, and writer Zinnure Türe as part of the Experience Sharing course seminar series. Titled “Interdisciplinary Production Practices in Performing Arts,” the session took place online on 18 December 2025 and was streamed live via ARUCAD’s digital channels. The webinar was moderated by Sen. Ins. Şafak Ersözlü.   In her talk, Türe reflected on her creative practice across theatre, performance, dance, contemporary art, and cinema, emphasising how artistic ideas can move between mediums such as live performance, video, installation, and text. She highlighted that working across disciplines often begins with the need to make a concern visible and to find the most appropriate form for it.   Türe also discussed devised theatre methodologies, focusing on collaborative creation processes where performers contribute both verbally and physically to the development of the work. During the Q&A, she elaborated on dramaturgical decisions, rehearsal aesthetics, and the relationship between text and space through examples from her projects, including Aramızdaki Sarmaşık.   To watch the webinar recording, you can access the broadcast via the link below:
