Arkın University of Creative Arts and Design (ARUCAD) held the “Seeds of Innovation” seminar and workshop with Tobia Repossi on Wednesday morning, 5 November 2025, at the Printmaking Studio, with the participation of 23 students.
In the first part of the event, Tobia Repossi shared insights on the “Seeds of Innovation” project, which is connected to the main project of the Creative Pitching course, the Sustainable Island Life Project @ARUCAD – SILPA. Focusing particularly on the Design Thinking Process, Repossi presented key concepts, methods, and techniques related to creative idea generation, problem-solving, and innovative design approaches.
In the second part of the event, students took part in a hands-on mini workshop guided by Repossi, using oat seeds as part of a practical exercise. This experience allowed participants to connect sustainability and creativity within the framework of design methodology.
The “Seeds of Innovation” seminar and workshop provided students with the opportunity to apply the principles of design thinking while highlighting ARUCAD’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and creative education.
