Occupational Safety and Health Awareness Trainings Held at ARUCAD

Arkin University of Creative Arts and Design (ARUCAD) successfully held Basic Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Awareness Trainings to raise awareness in the field of workplace safety. The trainings took place on March 27, 2026 in Turkish and on April 3, 2026 in English at the ARUCAD Conference Hall.

Delivered by Occupational Safety Specialist Dr. Emir Taşçıoğlu, the sessions covered key topics including the concepts of health and workplace accidents, definitions of occupational accidents, fundamental principles of occupational safety, and preventive approaches applicable in daily life. Participants had the opportunity to gain both theoretical knowledge and practical awareness on occupational safety.

These trainings stood out as an important step in line with ARUCAD’s vision of fostering a safe and conscious learning and working environment. The university continues its efforts to promote a culture of occupational health and safety among its students and staff.
